Description
Atop the world I sat today, defining birth. And the mountains rising nowhere
With their chilly, biting breath.
The sand rushed around,
Filling the slope
And destroying the hope
Of finding chilly, biting breath.
I wrote in that book
That one day, it would reverse:
Fall up into a cavern,
And shatter.
The shards of peace
And that of the distraught
Would spill, and cut, and stop remembering.
I also asked,
Was it worth it today?
I lifted my eyes,
Shook my head at the Milky Way,
And stated,
With chilly, biting breath,
It has started already, and we are ignored.

Thanks for reading. It means a lot when my strange, senseless style can be appreciated!
