There is some training I would want you to have before heading back. I would also send a mentor with you to continue the training. Lilly is playing very loosely with the word willingly here. Looking back she bought Ilyana and then gave her the choice between putting on the collar and mentally torturing her till she put it on.

That's what I meant loosely. She put on the collar herself, but under threat. The same way that someone could be said to "willingly" give their money to the thief pointing the gun at their chest.
