Yeah the only difference I notice between Deckard's gun and That Gun is the triggers. This gun only has one trigger which makes it the Fallout version.

Actually, it is Deckard's handgun in Blade Runner, that inspired "That Gun" (i.e. 223 pistol) the fallout serie

So you are all right, and it is a very nice design.
