The food teetered on the plate. Jenna had grabbed much more than she had anticipated. It had taken her a couple hours to prepare it all but here it was, stacked in front of her. “This... this is what you’re supposed to do, right?” she thought to herself, “People are supposed to eat larger meals with a lower frequency, so as long as I don’t snack again until dinner I’ll be fine.” She had been doing her constant-snacking for so long that she forgot exactly what a regular meal size was supposed to be. Whole servings of pasta, fries, toast, mashed potatoes, steak, and a few slices of pizza filled her plate (a plate which, mind you, was better classified as a serving tray). She wondered if maybe this was a little too much, but her stomach let out a growl of approval that overrode her worries. She tried to think about how many calories this was going to be, but when she looked at the feast in front of her, her eyes glazed over and she noticed herself reaching out towards the plate, mouth watering with anticipation of the flavors it was going to experience.
