No matter how much it hurts , or how ugly it feels - You should never hide the truth... plus it been a while since I drew something that made people ' uncomfortable ' .. and I seem to be good at that >_> ..sorry

You really shouldnβt excuse or explain yourself for doing subjects like these! If someone is offended then so be it, because someone will always be. I think itβs an important subject and you have managed to portray it really well. The drawing is really strong without being so explicit thanks to the clever use of symbolisms and the word in question.

Mhmm...this one is quite the piece!
It's really interesting, I get the whole nail polish "covering it up" symbolism by making something that isn't quite so nice all pretty and shiny on the outside. And maybe the guy one the one side could be her subconscious and memory of what happened to her and the wilting flowers represent the loss of her innocence or her feelings of once being beautiful but it's slowly fading away...

Its pretty much about sexual abuse , and the nail polish is the ' cover up / pretty lie ' . Lying is not a permanent fix , in fact the only way to heal from ..well , sexual abuse/rape is by telling the truth and telling others .. not hiding it or lying that it never happened
