Description
The fourth drawing from my Doctor Who series - this one showing the 7th Doctor, as played by Sylvester McCoy.This one I found quite interesting, because of the hat and umbrella. As with the others, it drawn using black/white pen and ink. Watercolour coloured wash will go over the top at a later stage.
I used Copic Multiliners of various sizes on Daler Rowney 300gsm cold-pressed watercolour paper.

Believe me... I know. I still have 3 doctors to do, not including the latest. I will most likely stop with 12, then do the Master and Missy.

I'm torturing myself - Doing the first 8, then the War Doctor, then up to Dr 13. After that I'm doing Peter Cushing from the Dalek movies and Rowan Atkinson from The Curse of Fatal Death. Probably have a 14th Doctor by then!

This is the 7th regeneration or incarnation of the Doctor - as played by Sylvester McCoy. He had an umbrella which had a handle shaped like a question mark (a play on the question "Who?", as in Dr Who?). A couple of the other Doctors had the question mark symbol as part of their outfit.
However, you are quite correct in that the Riddler also had question marks all over his costume, but in this case this is not the Riddler
