This isn't the "special" Mew picture I was talking about. That comes later today. This is just the draft for this: Painted Bubble Mew . I liked the sketch, so I decided to ink it and color it with highlighters. My Color Theory class is helping a lot, even with highlighting. :3Enjoy and God Bless!
