Yes, this is based off of Adele's song. I listen to her music all the time. I got this idea a while ago and thought, "hey, what about setting fire to the rain?" I think I could of done this better, but oh well. I did it in about 2 hours. I skipped the sketch, outline, etc. and went straight to coloring. I used just Coarse Water, Fine Point, Opaque Smooth Brush, and Directional Diffuser, plus a little Palette Knife. It was all in Corel Painter Essentials 5 (it came with my Wacom). My favorite parts are the puddles IMAO.
