Description
On the way to Bloomington, Indiana, on State Route 45, exists this special tree, home to spirits.This image was taken midday in color, converted to black and white, then given a blue wash, darkened to convey the feeling of moonlight at midnight. I also took the image in infrared, but I prefer this interpretation more. How do you feel? Both are in my gallery.

nice! its good there no strong shadows otherwise it would not have worked.

as you said it is important to not burn the image with bright light and strong shadows. the polarizing filter helps, but nothing beats an overcast day, especially after a rain.
