Description

Another sprite of a wildnorwester character and this time, it's my namesake funnily enough.

This is Harris, a narrow gauge engine who used to work for the Ministry of Defense. He's also electric being battery-powered, just like Stafford. I've been wanting to make a sprite of him since the Adeline mini series but I hadn't as I was trying to look for a good side reference to use but there wasn't any until now. Harris' model had been released on WildNorWester's new website and I've seen everyone posting their photos of these models working on the railways and I thought this was the perfect chance to see if I can request someone to take a screenshot of his view for me and they did, special thanks to CW on Dan's Discord Server.

After using another narrow gauge sprite to get the size down to the Princess-Muffins and CJ-The-Creator sprite size, I resprited out the engine to the best of my abilities. I don't usually sprite out engines, usually it's just using a base and then slightly modifing it. Here, it's completely original with a few parts being used from Muffin's sprites (like the buffers and the driver). For what is it, I say it's okay. The curving isn't that great (not perfect with that) but it's better than nothing.

Once it was done, because I am not great with spriting faces that are curved, I had assistance from Champ2stay to make the face for me, which I really appreciate so another special thanks goes to him.

Feel free to use this in your sprite scenes, just remember to credit me for this sprite and credit WildnorWester for the character, please.
