Dude, same. I was really into Cola until I read a bit more into itΒ΄s ingredients and sugar in general. I try my best best to banish sugar out of my diet in order to lose weight.

I must be Alex, that is me. This is my one weakness. Can go without any other sweets but put a real cola in front of me, (no diet) I don't turn it down.Β I have cut back on consumption by switching to liter bottle over cans that way I regulate drinking smaller amounts for my fix.
