should have added in my last comment that I picked up a set of prismacolor pencils. I already can sketch out a nice fur texture with them. so perhaps that will be how I colour all my sketches.

Thanks. I spent a lot of time on this. If I could learn how to properly shade and do fur I would Photoshop it (though I don't see that happening any time soon).

Thanks. I have been sketching a lot it's just I felt they were not good enough to post. I almost did not post this one. The back feet are still what gives me the most problems.
