He is Lord Parashurama, his birth name was Rama but when he grow up and did extreme Tapasya for Lord Shiva, Lord Shiva gave him a devine powerful Axe (aka Parshu)🪓, from then He is called Parashurama, he is a Brahman from birth (Brahman = scholar, researcher), but he is called Kshatriya from his work because he has fought many wars with warriors (Kshatriya = Warriors, Guardians). he knows so many mantras, and mastered Archery 🏹 too, he is a great teacher too, he was born in Tretayuga and is still alive in Kaliyuga.

Lord Parashurama is an immortal, he is one of the 7 immortals (7 Chiranjeevis) Hanuman, Vibhishana, Parashurama, Maha-Bali, Ved-Vyasa, Kripacharya, and Ashwatthama
all of these⬆️ immortals are alive today on earth and they will Help Kalki to defeat Kali-Purush.
Parashurama will be the teacher of Kalki (both Kalki and Parashurama are Avatars of Lord Vishnu)
