just modify the rev-eng.png file... erase the backtrack logo and paste ubuntu logo... you can use gimp..

How do I change the time from military to the normal am-pm time? Also, how do I change the font color of Root and Home disk usage, the ones right on top of the swap usage for file system?

thanks for this. I got it rocking on a VM, but on my desktop there is an unencoded character at the end of each line. I have installed all of the necessary fonts. not sure what would cause this. any ideas?

that's due to new line character...may be due to language... don't know exactly

it's due to the fact the file was editing in DOS mode hehehe, to rectify this open orig file copy the contents to a new temp file & save, delete orig & rename to the same name as orig file.
also ~harshit1990 I apear to still be getting:
┌─[t0m5k1@b0x]
└─[~]> conky -c ~/.conkyrc-inf

also for those who want conky to use less cpu comment out the image line:
#${image ~/.conky/rev-eng.png}
& then use your DE/WM or feh/nitrogen to draw the rev-eng.png as your background

Outstanding! I've just changed some few things like wlan0 to eth0 because I use wired connection, replacing "k/s" to only "/s" for upload and download transfer speeds, changing the colour of /root and /home to white, etc... Thanks for work dude
