Description
After the building was burnt down in an accident, it was rebuilt into a mix of modern and half-timbered house. It was mostly kept to the original foundations, just repurposed on some parts.

Entrance area
Large glass windows and door, it ressembles more a greenhouse than anything else, since it is filled with potted plants on the inside and has various bushes on the outside. The guest toilets are reached through there and it's where staff usually hangs out or has theory lessons as well as riding vacation classes. The wall towards the main hall is covered with shelfs, filled with books and trophies of past events EH took part in as well as pictures of various horses and the occassional child drawn picture of the horses.

Main Hall
Losely inspired by a viking longhouse, the main hall is the largest room, having a large, long table in the middle where meals are taken. There are fours large windows, on the right side there is a fireplace between the windows, surounded by couches and various comfortable chairs and is often used to relax in the colder winter months. There are shelfs and wooden cabinets along the walls, again, filled with books or equine decoration or crafted or drawn things from children. In the backside of the room on both corners are stairs leading to the next floor. Between them there are two doors in the back leading into the kitchen. Inbetween there is a large tree growing, on this floor its is only trunk and hard bark up to the ceiling, a few small branches are on the sides tho. A throne like chair was put down there, facing the large table, at first it was meant to be a joke, a throne, like a jarl's for Haru, but no one moved it away and sometimes she can be found sitting in there. A lot of potted plants are found on the ground or the shelves.

Kitchen
Behind the main hall, down a two-step stair is the kitchen. It can be used to cook a feast for quite some people, but usually it's only used by the staff for smaller dinners

First floor
The first thing one notices when getting up the stairs is the large tree, now showing more branches and the staff put on fairy lights and shiny, glowing ornaments, so it gives the whole tree a magical appearance. Where the kitchens would be below, glass doors lead to a balcony, facing the forest behind the building. Benches and chairs are there around the tree where it gives shadow in the summer. The branches give some kind of natural roof above the are and again are decorated with different things and also solar powered lights. If one keeps inside, there is two ways to go, the hallway towards the staff and guest rooms, and another balcony door leading to the old hay storage that is now rebuilt into more living quarters for the forester staff, more info below. Following the hallway there is staff rooms as some members rent a place here and those are strictly private, belonging to Resno, Victor and Evelyn. But there is guest rooms as well, should one need a place to spent the night. Towards the front part of the house there is two large bathrooms, one having a large corner bath tub, the other only having a large shower as well as two washing mashines and a dryer. After those are the rooms of Haru and Gretchen. They were given those because, well, Haru is the boss and Gretchen because everyone loves the elderly woman and it's closest to the bathrooms, plus she can grow more plants on the balcony and watch her garden comfortably. She is basically keeping all plants alive and well at EH and takes pride in that. The remaining area of the hallway is a recreation area, there is a somewhat large tv mounted on the wall connected to a few gaming consoles and couches to relax.

Ranger Rooms
Back towards the door leading to the old hay barn, there are more rooms found. They belong to the forester staff of EH, secretely werewolves, they keep the forest save and often have an eye on the more dangrous horses living in the backyard as well, despite them having more natural private horses themselves. They share their rooms, with each other, Rick and Noah, Yana and Penelope, Eric and Mia, only Renata has her own. They are usually not all present tho, often guarding the borders or checking the landmarks of the forest. On the far out side there are stairs leading down towards the forest, so they dont have to go through the whole building and might not be too visible should they come back a little less 'normal' looking.

Roof area
While the roofs are also the ceilings of the ranger rooms giving them slanted walls on one side, the roof on the main building is an actual attic and used for storage. It is not split into different rooms and accessible through a hatch and ladder. There is a lot of things stored, horse related, staff related and all in all a typical filled attic.

The Gardens
Kept in shape and well by Gretchen. So far she was able to grow anything there, she keeps a good portion of EH's private food storage filled just by growing it, she's got potatos, tomatos and onions for the staff and carrots for the horses, as well as various herbs and flowers along hanging pots on the walls, so it's also a paradise for insects and other small animals, which is why cats are often found stalking around to maybe catch a snack. (It is not drawn but there is an apple and a mirabelle plum tree growing, giving occasional shadow and fruits as well)

Below the Ranger rooms
The two rooms below the old hay barn are for more storage, lots of small to large flower pots and gardening tools, private tack of the rangers and bikes or other means for faster transportation than foot or horse.

The tree
At first it was thought that the tree was just a normal tree, but soon it was found out to be a rare phoenix tree (usually used as a home by Sparklixies ). They are magic trees and usually would need to be burnt once a year or they would overgrow to a level where they'd become too heavy for themselves and break and actually die. The burning is usually done by the Sparklies. but for some reason the EH tree does not outgrow the building as if they keep each other standing. The tree does give off a little bit of heat, so even in winter it is comfortable to sit close to it on the balcony and it gives lots of animals a home, from birds to insects and even squirrels come over using its branches to maybe catch a snack from the staff. An additional bonus are the fruits it can grow, appearing like blueish apples, sweet to the taste and full of nutrition.
