sketched in alias sketchbook, then painted in photoshop i started this a long while back and just had a chance to finish it a day ago, i know the dress looks crappy i couldn't think of anything that would suit rest of the image

Beautifull! loved the skin tone/texture but specially the blood on her arm, it looks pretty well painted.

the skin came out smooth but almost to smooth so i made a brush out a charcol drawing i scanned it and applied it with a very low opacity gives it a more detailed look

Upon my first look I really had to just stare at it. It came out looking SO lifelike. I almost thought it was a beautifully crafted stock photo. Seems I was wrong.
I love the softness you've put into this. Against the dark composition of the image itself it's a goregous balance. The colors look so amazing. I love the way the splatters on the background came out.

the splatters on the background are not digital, i have a sumi brush set and i just went crazy throwing ink on a peice of paper, then scanned it when it was dry
she was very fun to paint, she was originally nude, but the model didn't want it posted without clothes so i didn't mind, i'm just not very great with dresses is all
