if you do the desaturation idea, don't go overboard. This is a good pic though! Maybe the moon shouldn't be centered....

I think it looks fine centered. Maybe the picture would look better if the background was more black- but it's fine. It's ok.

what i would do to make the moon stand out more make another layer and desaturate the sky, not all the way just a lil bit
