This is GORGEOUS! I find myself focusing mostly on her hair though. I would have liked to see a little more of the model's face, maybe with her head turned a little more slightly? It might have given the shot a little more impact and drama. Also, her hand is a little heavy on the tree trunk. Something a little more delicate would have sufficed, in terms of her hold on the tree.
The lighting is amazing, though I might have considered moving slightly to capture a bit of a lens flare, just to experiment a little. Still, I love how her hair just lights up. Her shoulders look a little tense(I know you have limited control over this though), but a bit more relaxation in her shoulders could take this shot even farther.
My favorite part of this photo is the bokeh type blur of the background. It fits perfectly and helps draw the eye to the subject.
