This s what I've been working on for the past few days in between finals. It's the new dark knight donning a brand new suit I designed. The breakdown shows my initial sketch versus where I'm at now. I still have a lot more work but its getting there. My vision for john blake as batman was that he is more of the virtuous underdog than wayne's well put together trained and hardened form factor, so naturally, the suit would have to overcome the physical shortcomings of blake to bring him to wayne's level. That's not to say Blake would have likely gone through considerable training after receiving the keys to the cave from wayne, it's just that his training wouldn't be the same as what he would have been given by batman himself or ras al ghul and the league of shadows.
