actually yeah, 600/700 is typically pretty short, as you can see by this. Frame by framing it takes a little while, some tools help amke the process easier.
but jsut imagine how many frames so far Metal gear Awesome or There She Is!! must contain? upwards of 5-6 minutes of frame by frame animation a piece
typically i go between 24fps and 30fps myself
