The book was written by Marilee Strong...quite excellent, if I may say. The book's complete title is "A Bright Red Scream: Self-Mutilation and the Language of Pain". Gave background historically ... I don't know...it's hard to relate to someone if they haven't done it before..the book gave me a comforting feeling, sorta, in a sense that there are others who I can empathize with -- a community, if you will. ....i hope this was helpful.

very cool, nice balance, with the razor adding a simple offset, great feeling of claustrophobia, lonely and trapped...reaching for a handhold, or a hand to hold...

Like this one as well but it just needs to be a bit more darker. Just me though. Still strikes me very deeply.
