I say the one in the top right corner, the girl with the skull. It shows how detailed you are, and the image portrays both beauty and darkness. I think all your work is beautiful but when I looked at the selection, my eye immediately went to that one.

Saw your Gallery last year and these two [link] [link] had my attention. The shadows in your work or using the skin as a canvas for a realistic look is what sets you apart in my eyes; since this one includes a lot of your work...
As for which one I like best, [link] got my attention because of the red and the work for 'Broken girl with cogs', but I will pick... [link] As for the poll, voted for 'Day of the Dead Best with red rose', IMO looks great for a cover.

They're all very impressive pieces , that said I'd go with the day of the dead girl with the rose it stands out and you can tell what it is from a distance which is what you'd want for a cover I'd think so it would draw people in for a closer look. Also the little splash of color helps too. The multi shot pics may confuse some people and you really can't appreciate the work in some of the others without a closer look. Just my

Personally I think the Dia de los Muertos girl with the single red rose is a very powerful image and done very well in composition. However the hand with the eye tattoo has always been one of my favorites. Pulls you right in and shows a very intricate level of detail and may be more intriguing for those who are into photo-realism. Not to mention since it would be on the cover of a book I think the black background of the eye tattoo would show a higher contrast and be even more appealing.

3rd row 4th column I thinks is a great cover image...It would show the Portrait, Floral and dark side of your work,

Though the 5th from the right in the top row is cool, too.

Bottom right, i was drawn to it immediately.Most likely due to the fact it has more 'pop' to it due to the contrast. To be frank they are all great but that one has a lil extra oomph.

My vote is either the day of the dead girl with the red rose (3rd line, middle, next to the cheetah) or the one just below that to the left, with the girl with the flower-eye. The red rose caught my eye instantly, and I think it would make a beautiful cover.

It is a VERY hard choice. I would choose on the top row the woman with the blue shading and tears. It really pops. Though black and red is more the main style I think as a cover, it shows detail, style, talent, and versatility.
Second choice- the very last one, bottom row all the way to the right- the woman with the roses and open neck. Its eye catching, strong, beautiful, incredibly well done and sums up your style well. It isnt over complicated or too simple. A quick glance at it makes someone wonder what else you can do. They would open the book and see all the more detailed and complicated pieces, being further impressed.
