I know I shouldn't try to force myself to like it but I feel that I am alone in my opinion that I don't get the big deal behind it...i've seen bits of it,Β it's okay...but it's kind of confusing and way too bizarre for my liking.Β Β Plus i'm kind of afraid to say that I don't like it around here because the fans tend to be a bit on the creepy side...I've had some really horrible experiences with people like that.Β But I agree...it's completely messed up and I don't like that it's pretty much shoved in my face like they're expecting me to like it.

HomeStuck is a shittier version of Twilight Saga
it sucks monkey fuck and it's a pitiful pile of snot drizzling, puss bubbling, wet mountain of buffalo butt dump, I'd rather write an entire novel of this rancid abomination as my commentary, this is what happens when you mix adventure time with MLP with twilight, you get this. It's PUTRID. As a matter of fact, I looked up the definition in the dictionary, there's no definition, it's just a picture of Homestuck. When someone mentions Homestuck, I imagine my computer monitor overfilled with shit, waiting for the screen to crack open and be covered in an avalanche of poop. I'd rather put my face in a hippopotamus' asshole while it muck spreads.Β
Also the commenter AirTheFox, I've read it alright, it's a thing with fandom there will be haters and there will be admirers, AirTheFox just doesn't understand about the whole ciriclum about fandom, it's how they work.

The comic started out as a do it yourself adventure, where readers would write commands for the players to do, therefore it started boring. Somewhere during act 2-3, Andrew Hussie made the comic completely under his own rule. And that is why the comic "GET'S BETTER LATER ON."Β

I absolutely hate HS. The fans are the rudest people I have ever seen and the way they act at cons is ridiculous. They are arrogant, incredibly rude, and crass. as someone who has read and disliked what i read
the concept is actually very imaginative but the way the story is delivered is terrible
you're never on par with the story because it's too long, boring, pointless and confusing that never follows itself at a current present time.
everything's cryptic, nothing makes sense and some even lie to you!
the whole thing is supposed to have the charm of a johny rocket fingers game.
but since it's not actually a game, it fails miserably at it.

So, I'm just wondering, hows your little crusade to right the wrongs of the internet going? I can tell you that from what I have seen your doing a rather poor job of it. You see something you feel is disrespectful and you reply with insults. That is hardly upholding your professed love of portraying opinions respectfully. Insults also will pretty much never cause someone to change their behavior in a way that you want, unless of course your trying to make them upset.

Golden rule would be do unto others as you would have them do unto you. That means your supposed to treat other people nicely. It doesn't mean if someone is rude your to be rude back.
As for the eye for eye, well that is often followed with "turns the whole world blind".
On a whole that is just a dangerous attitude to have in life. That is how silly nothings turn into huge brawls. Joking insult is replied to with another joking insult. Eventually the insults are no longer joking, and then eventually it moves beyond insults.
Point being, sometimes it is best to be the one who chooses to stop the cycle and say something nice.
