thank you! I never watched star trek as a kid so every now and then i watch a whole section

When it first came out, I was very sceptical about a fixed position station in an otherwise very fluid space travel tv show. Glad I was wrong. Did you watch it all the way till the end? Don't want to give you any spoilers.
If you haven't watched Stargate so far, do. They are also very good. All of them.

i just finished deep space 9, can't get over it! it was so good, and i'm so sad it's over 
the idea of a standing still station is very interesting, gives you a chance to see how life worked in a specific place, not all over and moving, and lets you get deeper into characters and places, so i really liked that.
i will, it's on my to watch list
