A fanart of one of my favorite series! (even though I'm eighteen, I'm still allowed my Cardcaptors and Sailor Moon, right?), it was much bigger but a power surge caused me to lose the color on the whole lower half of her body, so I just cropped it.

I like her pretty ruffles. 
Your highlights in the hair looks odd compared to the rest of it. xD It's like you put so much effort into the shadows but then you did the shine in one stroke. lol. 8D
