Head canon: Every once in a while on a really sunny day, when Lilly is otherwise busy, Hanako will wander away. She'll disappear and go walking through the woods to a quiet little place that she knew. She'd take off her shirt (with a vest underneath) and just sit and read and enjoy the sunshine on her skin.

After a while Lilly caught on to what she was doing, and when she sensed a particularly warm day she would make herself scarce and give her reasons to enjoy the weather.
