It doesnt matters that much what camera someone uses... It`s more about how to use the tools you have, techniques and art. And when you takes pictures of people, its also about the relationship between you both. But, if you really need to know, there are the "Camera Data" at de side bar ==>

In this case, I suggest you to look for some camera with manual control of focus, aperture, exposition and iso. There is a lot of them, maybe some entry level DSLR, or other semi-pro. It will let you use photography techniques to make portraits like this. But, the result at the beggining may not be the same XD.
