and here we have her! Hashtha, Empress of most the known world. within her coils she holds sway over thousands of countries and millions of souls, whether they know it or not.entire civilizations can be raised or felled at her command and such is her personal prowess that her palace guards are under strict orders to not protect her from assassination attempts, instead they are charged to protect her guests and all other residence of the grounds from the would be killers. she can take care of herself.

I'd actually be okay with a ruler like this. I really don't like the concept of having a leader that can't even protect themselves, it seems counter intuitive. "i shall trust ____ to lead me and protect my home, when ___ can't lead me or manage their own life and safety." ....then again...being human mean's we are a great deal more squishy than Hashtha would ever be.
i'd be interested to see what she looks like with her hood down though.

now i tried to get it just like he is but i can never get the spacing or pen direction to work the way i want it to so i end up just making a stamp.
make a single scale and duplicate it a few times then make a bush out of it and as you are stamping it on you character (new clipping mask layer) rotate your page in line with the direction you want, then add a bevel layer on it.
