The model I found from the ... by chance. = =+So I begin to play the " POSER " . XD

Excellent post work on the glove blur affect as well as the sweat flying off. Excellent POV and superb use of posing to really get the extension of the arm of the girl punching. Absolutely fantastic job on your first poser render.
1 thing to consider if you decide to move forward and use Poser:
1) Lighting comes into play much more and as such you may want to look closely at how many lights you use for the set up and which lights are casting shadows, and at what intensity the lights are set at. The arms of the girl being punched and the left leg of the girl punching appear to be overlit, unless that is what you inteded.
