Description
This is an idea that came to me one day when talking to a friend about watching a young Navy man clearly enjoying the attention many girls were paying him in an airport gate waiting area. While I don't normally subscribe to this particular sentiment, I have to say that as a life-long Trekkie, there is something about the gold, blue and red that catches my eye I'm particularly fond of the new movies and think they did a fantastic job with casting.

I can't take any credit for the lineart on this piece. I'm terrible at it so I actually traced a frame from one of the comic books put out by IDW. I wanted to have all the guys in the picture but couldn't find suitable poses for Scotty, Sulu and Chekov. I traced it with minor edits and coloured it with marker, putting all the focus on the uniforms. I purposely made this as minimal as possible while still making the characters recognizable. At least, I hope they are
