More 2d spritage! This ones a big un'All the parts are designed / painted in photoshop, then assembled and rigged in spriter [ www.brashmonkey.com ] for the animation. This guy was the first big effort to design and animate a fluid / complex enemy in the program- so it was a looong uphill process. x)
But a lot was learned, and I'm still fond of the results~

Spriter is an AMAZING program! I honestly prefer it over SmoothMoves for Unity.
