I just realized that I never put any pictures of Cosette on here. She's my first fully customized MH girl, and I plan on customizing more of them for my Etsy shop and Artist Alley tables soon. I already quite a few of them that I'm working on. <3

Anyhoo, here's everything that this little cutie went through:

Original face removed with paint thinner.
Hair cut off.
Scalp cut off around the hairline.
Every bit of hair removed from her head.
Eyes carved out.
Makeup & blushing applied.
False eyelashes added to her eyes.
Gloss applied over lips.
Eyes made from polymer clay and lots of gloss, and inserted into her head.
Scalp glued back on.
Fur wig stolen from my BJD and sewn smaller to fit her.
New dress sewn.
Shoes repainted.
Left arm and right leg replaced with the Create-A-Monster Skeleton limbs.

Cosette was originally a wave 1 Draculaura. The Create-A-Monster parts are made with larger pegs than the official girls (like Draculaura, Frankie Stein, Lagoona, etc), so it was a real challenge getting them to fit on Cosette. What's more, the official girls don't have removable legs like CAM's do. So I had to use a saw knife + X-Acto blade to cut her upper leg in half to remove the lower part, then fit the skeleton leg in and glue it back together. I ended up slicing my thumb and another finger in the process. But I love the skeleton limbs on her, and they fit and work perfectly now! So to me, it was worth it. XD
