Well, my Eagle Industries MAR-CIRAS is finally set up as I like it
Should keep it like this now, apart from POSSIBLY lashing my Strider DB-L NSN on there somewhere (probably round the back and off to the side slightly).

The IBA is issued but the CIRAS is only issued to select Marine units (mostly Expeditionary Units and the like, I assume).
If you happen to be in one of said units, and get issued CIRASs for free, I am going to be most envious!
