I interrupt your regularly scheduled Inktober updates of dragon ladies to bring you Bill Cipher.

This is my entry for Disney-club 's Spitfire TV Villain Contest . Because I'm currently trying to get as many HTTYD dragon ladies done, I wanted to keep this simple while still participating because I love joining contests! My goal here was making Bill look a little stressed out, so a slightly, and I mean slightly, squinted eye and him holding his . . . head? in, like, frustration or something of the sort? I love Gravity Falls, and although Bill is a common sight, I wanted to try and go for a Tim Burton-esque look to him because that's just my thing. Also, why not add another Inktober day while I'm at it, you know? Although I did promise ten dragon ladies . . .

Anyway! I may or may not do a few more entries depending on my time, but I wouldn't mind drawing Shego . . . or Lord Dominator.

Next Inktober update will be a Gronckle! I promise.
