For close to 40 years, the Cobra marked the pinnacle of Starfighter design for the Alliance. Some of the fastest and most maneuverable fighters ever fielded. After those 40 years though, she has met her match. The Talons are faster, more maneuverable, better armed, and equipped with shields and FTL capabilities. Putting them on a whole new level. Constitution's Cobras find themselves quickly out matched time and time again as the trials go on.
