I might redo this old piece, but aside from that, I used to watch a few episodes of the old DragonBall Z they showed on Toonami as a kid back in the 90's-2000's and the super saiyan scenes were some of my favorites growing up.And since my Typhlosion, Johto, was inspired around Goku, I drew him having a saiyan moment from when I battled with a friend on my HeartGlod version, and Johto's Blaze ability kicked in and incinerated his way to victory.
Ahhhh nostalgia....... ^^

I miss the old Toonami so much, I remember watching some of their shows they aired back then such as Gundam Wing, G Gundam, Outlaw Star, the Tenchi series, Megas XLR, Rurouni Kenshin, Zoids, Zoids: New Century and Samurai Jack. Those shows were FAR better than the current lame shows they've got showing on Cartoon Network.
Thankfully I'd managed to tape some of the shows on VHS tapes, just gotta take time to watch through them all to regain lost memories of the good old days.

I wasn't there when they had Gundam, but I do remember when they showed Sailor Moon, Rurouni Kenshin, Outlaw Star, Zoids, DBZ, Transformers Armada, and many others. It was also cool when they got Peter Cullen to announce upcoming shows and I miss old Tom.

Those were the good old days. I miss the old Tom too, it's sad how entertainment has gone down hill.

Just wish they didn't remove the reruns of Tom and Jerry and Lonney Tunes classics on cartoon network.
