Whoa now. Some creative process was put into this whoever the creator may be. Technically, it can still be considered poetry, no matter what you think. Photography is still art as well. I don't care who the original creator is. If I took a picture of my dog and added a caption, it would still be art. And memes are all of the rage nowadays. You'll find them everywhere on dA. Live with it.
And when I say "I'll slap you with all my might" I'm just exaggerating. Just me trying to be funny. If someone did steal my character, I would just report them and leave. :T
But this. You can't say this isn't art. This is art. Made by someone else, yes, but it's still art. Literature and photography. You can say "This isn't yours" but you can't say "This isn't art".
