It doesn't matter if it is a meme. The troll face is considered art. The creator drew his face and posted it on dA. It became famous. And the moment it turned into a meme, was it no longer considered art?

The troll face itself its art, when you put it in a comic Β it is not. Now this photo is really bad, terrible filter, bad ilumination, terrible quality and it has @tardthegrumpycat. The song is unoriginal is just a parody so even EVEN if this is art for you its plain worse than awful.
