Callum is an outgoing rough-and-tumble sort of guy; a typical jock by anyone's standards. He takes things in a simple and straightforward manner, partly due to it being the best way he knows how, and partly because (by his own admission) he isn't particularly smart, with his go-to approach to any situation usually being "can I tackle it". Still he's never particularly bothered by it, although when struck with a problem he can't solve in his usual manner he can get stuck in a rut for a long time. He also has a tendency to get a bit carried away with himself, to the point where he can end up ignoring those around him.

For the most part Callum is friendly and easy-going, but he does easily draw the line when people give him difficulties. With certain members of the party this can be more prevalent than others; he frequently gets into fights with Eleanor, and can get frustrated (sometimes unjustly so) when he feels people aren't pulling their weight. He can also find motiving his partner to be a massive chore at times, and when things seem to be going south his first instinct is usually to insert himself into the situation and try and defuse it the normal way, with varying results.

Callum may be a bit of a blockhead, and can be a bit inconsiderate, but he's nothing if not sincere and tries his best to help the others even when they annoy him, and to help win the day, even if it sometimes takes a couple of extra thinks to get there.

Personality

Very few Digimon can claim to have said the phrase "Everything is Fine" more than Empermon has in his lifetime. Rather than a glass-half-full or glass-half-empty attitude, he tends to default to "I'm not thirsty anyway so who cares." Lazy and unmotivated to do anything in particular, he can usuall be found sitting by himself blowing smooth jazz through his saxophone. He's not necessarily unfriendly with it, although he is a bit of a loner and finds the humans more confusing than anything.

Deep down he does have a strong set of morals and he knows he should help more than he does, but he tends to subconsciously count the number of times he helps someone and can get irritated when he thinks he's doing more than he needs to. Also when something goes wrong, one will be hard-pressed to get him to try again...ever, really (he will usually be found sulking if this is the case).

Empermon is not a bad guy, and once he can be convinced that "Everything is NOT Fine" he is a skilled and reliable friend and partner. It's just getting him to that point in the first place which can be the tricky bit.

The attack strength is dependant on the target's willpower, but due to his morals, Ophicleimon nearly always stops this attack after his opponent is rendered immobile and will never use it to send them over the edge.

Pronunciation: RAP-soh-dee-mon

Name origin: Rhapsody, a piece of music in one movement which is nonetheless free-flowing and varied

Rhapsodymon blows 'liquid sound' out of Old Selma, which slowly smothers the battlefield. The area goes negative, and all movements other than Rhapsodymon's are slowed. Rhapsodymon can also manipulate the area into constructs to attack his enemies or defend his allies.
  Moonlight Serenade
Rhapsodymon plays a melody that turns Old Selma a glowing silver. Hundreds of tiny, silver energy blades materialise around his enemies and fly towards them, completely freezing wherever they touch until the enemies are rendered into perfect, non-melting ice sculptures.

Some of you may remember I first drew Empermon a long while ago for a Christmas piece. Now he's been touched up and will be joining the story as a main partner.

Also fun fact: this is the first Digimon line I've posted to get approval from my mother. It's nice to know that I will never again create a line as good as this but we've got to try.

Update: Ophicleimon added. The fact that this is still one of the smaller partners makes me cry.

Update #2: I realise I'm very late on this, but I think it's time I actually uploaded all the Megas for the 404 partners to dA. Rhapsodymon now added, and again, I am savouring the fact that this is a small Mega because hnngg my computer is gonna kill me with the next one
