for many years Luke Skywalker was the last of the Jedi knights...for many years Kyle Rayner was the last of the Green Lanterns...
they are the torchbearers.
but, are they able to face the greatest hunters of the universe?
will their lights still shine?
in this crossover I didn't want another jedi vs GL fight, so, I added a predator

pero, son ellos capaces de enfrentar a los mas grandes cazadores del universo?
seguira brillando su luz?
en este crossover yo no queria otra batalla de jedi vs linterna, asi que, introduje a un depredador.

well,there was already a crossover with kyle vs. aliens, which have been crossed over with predators, so...makes sense?

I was drawing a crossover between Green Lantern and Star trek (TNG), featuring Guy Gardner and Captain Picard VS the Borg... Never finished it, just did the pencils, I can't remember if I upload it here...

Kyle could take the predator alone... especially ION Kyle. But even still he could take a predator with a construct. Hell, any sufficiently trained GL could take Vader.

now that you mention Vader, I was working on a Kyle vs Vader/Luke vs Parallax (hal) deviation, but I discarded the idea.

yes, I did, maybe is coincidence, maybe, the SW legacies inspired the GL comics (That's what I think)

Sorry to burst your theory, but GL's been around a lot longer than Star Wars. And I don't belive in coincidences. (That's one of Gibb's rules. Don't belive me. Watch NCIS.) Sometimes things develop independantly from one another.

to me, that's quite a relief since GL is one of my favorite heroes. it's the GL corps older than the first star wars movie?...I have to find out.

Yes. Hal and the Corp came out back in the 50's. Star Wars came out back in 1973.

mmm...del universo extendido estoy un poco "quedado" (no alcance ni a ver el matrimonio de luke y mara jade) y lo ultimo que supe es que Jacen se volvio un Sith y mato a Mara Jade.
la guerra de la luz y la noche mas oscura es algo que estoy esperando ver. pero si tienes sugerencias, estoy dispuesto a considerarlas.

Comparado con lo de Jacen, averigua que le pasΓ³ a Laira, una de los green lanterns durante la historia conocida como los Alpha Lanterns. No lo digo porque no quiero "espoilearte" nada.

si, supe lo de Laira, buena comparaciΓ³n con lo de Jacen, despues de todo, ambos personajes eran importantes dentro de sus respectivos grupos.
de green lantern he leido hasta "secret origins parte 2" me gusto ver el miedo reflejado en Abin Sur, definitavamente, Geoff Johns es uno de los mejores escritores actuales (junto a Grant Morrison y Brian Michael Bendis, son mis favoritos) pero no he vuelto a comprar mas comics (ni de lantern ni de ninguno)
veamos que mas nos trae the blackest night y final crisis, y preparare mi proximo crossover star wars/Green lantern. mas recomendaciones son bienvenidas.
