You asked me to deliver some constructive criticism so that's what I shall do~
Firstly compared to your older images i think this one looks really good! The face is drawn really well and the black markings have a nice smudge effect that simulates fur in a nice style.
The only thing I can recommend you to improve upon has to do with the previous images leading up to this one: and that's to be a little more "sketchy" with your sketches. It'll often give you room to experiment in and find a better stand-point for, example anatomy. I often have to draw many messy sketches to have mine look right. (However to explain I may need to show you rather than tell you).
Also I think you did the clothing really well. You have a good idea of how the folds work with the body and I'd love to see you do more like this.

I do enjoy learning new techniques, and I would be doing some more if I weren't at my
father's house right now. He unfortunately doesn't have GIMP at his house, so I cannot
work with that at the moment. I can try some MS Paint art, but I am afraid that it
won't look quite a nice as one inΒ my better program.
I do love to do clothing now that I've experimented with it, and you will see MUCH more
anthro art! I do need some serious help though with breast size I'm afraid. If you could
note me, and help me a bit with that I would be ever so pleased!

Breast anatomy is a rather specific area, and it can be hard to grasp. I've been having difficulty in that area lately.
