An alternate universe where I decided to use Mesoamerica or ancient China as inspiration for my winged cat mythos

Anyway, I watched Maya and the Three on Netflix last night so that inspired the jaguar. And he needed a friend so I put in the tiger.
The jaguar (who I’m calling Camazotz, named after the Mayan god of bats. Because I love bats) has quetzal wings (the South American bird), and the tiger (who I’m calling Hou Yi, named after the divine archer, husband to the moon goddess Chang’E) has Chinese crane wings! His armor was also inspired by the terra-cotta warriors (which I saw in real life once at a museum exhibit!)
