Description
My characters Suzanne and Alice cosplay as Panty and Stocking. I loved that show, and I thought I should draw something relating to it. I think that my life drawing classes are improving my females, every time I draw Suzanne she looks more like a woman hahaCan you believe that I've never drawn two girls in one image without a guy before? I'm not joking, you can check my gallery. Amazing, yeah?Β

Good progress - those real life drawing sketches you are doing are helping! The body structure for the lady in red is rendered well and is unmistakably feminine. The other character's costume makes it challenging to render the feminine proportions but you are on the right track. For both characters, especially the one in black dress - maybe shoulders need to be narrower compared to the waist? I have been justifiably called out by other artists on incorrect shoulder-to-waist proportions on my female character artwork, so I struggle with this as well haha. I like the background theme with the playing card suits!

Thanks for the insightful comment! I really love how you give me helpful information about my art. I completely forgot about the shoulder waist thing when drawing this, so I'll keep it in mind for next time. The background was completely an accident haha. I was messing around in Paint tool sai and I found an option that gives a layer a pattern. But I'm glad it worked out!

sometimes we cant really tell if we are improving and thought we reached a stagnant stage but thru the eyes of other people we do indeed improve!

I've always heard of Panty and Stocking, but never got around to watching it. I hear its great!! I like that Suzanne and Alice are cosplaying from it here, that's cool.

Yeah! It's a pretty good show. I really love the cartoony style it has while still being an anime. I highly recommend giving it a watch sometime!
