Description
After drawing that mech I was in the mood to draw another one. So I decided to do some fanart. Just Ryoma chilling in the Getter 1, what else is there to say? He's a cool dude, drawing him is always fun. Yeah I know it's technically not the Getter 1 because it's not combined, but whatever, I can't remember if the individual parts had names or not. Oh well. The inside of the cockpit was also kinda interesting, I didn't have the best reference for it so I made a bunch of it up. Yeah, that's why it makes no sense. It was a nice challenge though, I definitely need to practice drawing machinery more.

I tried to focus on the anatomy, that's always very important. Drawing dudes is cool because you can actually see it, unlike females where everything is hidden. I like the way the hands came out, after drawing them a bajillion times in my animation they've become easier for me to do. Speaking of which, I really need to stop abusing my hand, I'm starting to feel like it's about to fall off. Now that my Japan trip is pretty much confirmed to be cancelled, I guess I can afford to take a break now. Nice... but I'm a type A so I hate taking breaks. Ugh. It's all so tiresome...
