Noir's mask is not so silly to me now....Guess I've gotten use to it now....I still want to know what his second one is. On another note Whats with the dragon types acting up! there like the worst to have act up be knonw as being the strongest!....Legendrys are also normally a dragon types now too,.....thats not good.

Y'know in puple keckleon work while devonshire was being interviewed there was a tyranitar and a charizard ganging up on him in his "flash back". Coincidence?

but it was still not canon yet, even so it was hinted. My wild guess could be that Tivoli was once a close partner with a Charizard, but he was then betrayed by the latter? I don't know.
