Red Bud Barn:
7.5" x 10.5" Colored Pencil Painting
In the early spring of central Texas the wild flowers start to bloom. Besides the bluebonnets one of the most colorful flowers in my opinion are the Red Bud blooms. When the light is just right they look like they are on fire.

Connor ~ I've been drawing with colored pencils for over 25 years. Like any skill it takes time, practice, and patience....and I still haven't "mastered" it yet. I'm still developing my style and technique. I have learned a lot by studying other artist's and their works. Keep on practicing and develop your own artistic style.
