Neil + fake sideburns = <3

I'm still having trouble actually getting Neil and Javert into character...which is sad. It'd be a WHOOOOOLE lot funnier if I got their personalities right because they so DON'T go together! Neil is all "YAY NON-CONFORMITY!!! ILLEGAL POETRY GROUP!!! DISOBEYING MY FATHER!!!" and Javert is all "I AM THE LAW AND THE LAW IS NOT MOCKED!!!"

EDIT: ALRIGHT! Sorry, everyone, but The Adventures of Neil and Javert is taking a break! For a WHILE, actually. I DO have about 4 more pages planned out, but the thing is, I’m having A LOT of issues with this strip. I don’t like how it looks. At all. Also I need to whip my drawing and shading back into shape and take more time on drawing each page, 'cause the art is looking PRETTY bad...

ALSO, we have a list of characters lined up to make appearances, BUT I don't really know what to do about them right now. I really need to talk to my Knoxwife (co-writer) about how the strip is going to go. The thing is, I won't be seeing her until Sunday, and on Wednesday we're both leaving for SCOTLAND until the 17th, and then I’M gone for a week starting the 21st...SO....Yeah. Taking a break. Maybe for a few months. o.o

I'll probably be drawing some Neil and Javert, but probably I'll be drawing the same page over and over again, because I'm having some....issues...with how it's laid out. (It. Looks. STUPID.)
