EXTENDED! You have until 8am EST on the 25th to get bids in! At long last, Houndtongue, a member of the seven, and Briarrose, daughter of Cloudstar, have become mothers! Briarrose has given birth to two kittens, using Runningwolf as her donor. Both of these kittens are up for tryouts! As they are linked to the seven, activity is important. These kits have loads of plot potential! Base by @/sakirtus, designs by WildWolfSpirit01
Winners will be chosen on August 21st! Babies are due September 1st. You may choose eye colors!
We reserve the right to reclaim these babies if they fall inactive. Some headcanons for you:
- Houndtongue is convinced that Runningwolf doesn't need to be in their lives, but Briarrose thinks he does. This causes some tensions between the three.
- These kits will be more partial to Houndtongue. You can determine how close they are to Briarrose, but they favor Houndtongue heavily.
- Both kits are male.
- Both kits have at least a small mean streak. You can determine how big this is. They enjoy raising hell!
- Thornkit is named for his uncanny resemblance to his grandmother, Rosethorn. Bramblekit is named for his chaotic, twisted coat pattern.

Any traits? (I could buy them for you!): Abnormally large trait (and maybe heterochromia???)
RP sample (optional, but encouraged!): Bramblekit was waiting, he had been there for a while, motionless, with his eyes closed... But in the end, he himself did not know why he was waiting. After all, nothing held him back from doing what he wanted, did it? The kitten then opened his eyes, but closed them immediately. Why did there have to be so much light here? He then opened his eyes, and slowly, ended up fully opening them. He turned his head a little, there were no movements around him, so he got up, at first he staggered, but finally found his balance, so he moved his paws one after the other, and started to move forward.
All he had to do was get out of here! He wanted to get out of the nursery, but something grabbed him by the skin of his neck, preventing him from moving forward. Then he began to chirp and shout with anger and protest, stirring his little paws to try to break free, but the smell of the milk around him finally appeased him. It was only his mother who didn’t want him to get out. But he didn’t care, he would try again as soon as he could. This ride out of the nursery, he’d have it!

Thornkit scoffed and pulled himself up off his paws. Ah nap time, he wasn’t really in the mood for nap time. He felt like nap time happened way too often to be considered normal. What was Mama Rose trying to accomplish? Making him and Bramble sleep their entire kithood away? He’d think not! He was going out and showing every cat in camp who was the boss of his sleeping habits. Not Mama Rose. But him! Thornkit!
Pushing his head through the entrance of the nursery, the young calico tom kit looked about the camp. Making sure no cat larger than he was watching. Once he decided the coast was clear, Thornkit quickly darted to the walls of the nearby dens. His target was in his sight, the only downside, it was in the center of camp. There were plenty of cats walking about to spot him if he wasn’t exercising the upmost caution.
On the top of the freshkill pile lay a squirrel a creature practically the same size as he. That’s what he really wanted to get, but dragging something his size across the camp was bound to get noticed. It would be smarter for him to snatch a mouth, smaller prey item, he could easily weave in and out of the walking Warriors and apprentices with ease if needed.
Showing off a impressive prize with a large squirrel or making certain he could get away scott free with the work of a smaller winning. He really wanted to impress both Mama Hound and Mama Rose. Honestly he felt Mama Hound at least would be more impressed with the squirrel. Bigger was better after all…
