Also known as the ECON 1.5., this discarded suit, which was already blue and gray, will be adopted as Bolt's first uniform in Revelations of Destiny. The powerbelt on this suit is fueled by Malcolm's energies, and is equipped with heat sensors which, as they are attached to the belt's interior, change color based on the temperature, with blue being 'ok' and red being 'bad', requiring Malcolm to drain off his powers. As demonstrated by these notes given to Alice Lucas, with the addition of a few Atlas Pads, this suit was just as impressive as its wearer, the Living Marvel of Ocean City.
