Remade Milo's reference sheet, despite the fact that I have absolutely no plans to use him in the future. I was sick of the other one, and had the motivation to remake it. I am, anyhow, greeted by his sticker-y face in my window every morning.

Milo is a background character that resides in the town of Nailham, a fictional world constructed in the obscure mind of the character HayWire. Milo was the town's therapist after being fired from the out-of-town office. Milo does not see many clients, as people are very nervous to go see him [since he lives in a basement under a motel, that's where he set up his office], hence why he is referred to as FREAK. He may have been the one behind the mysterious disappearance of the town's most entertaining news anchor.
